&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 《 炮 捶 --- 震脚与发劲时吐气发声对健身和技击的作用 》 <br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 顾留馨 <p> &nbsp;陈式太极拳有震脚、发劲动作,都结合腹式逆呼吸,因此当震脚、发劲时吐气发声,是为了增强体质和提高技击作用。但有些人习见柔缓匀速的太极拳,认为陈式太极拳不是太极拳,是少林拳、硬拳,有的甚至说震脚与吐气发声对健康不利。这种论断是一种偏见。陈式太极拳历来享高寿的为多。震脚与吐气发的拳种很多,如心意拳(十大形)、形意拳(十二形)、南拳,以及少林拳等。 <br> &nbsp;震脚只要松劲下沉,由轻而逐渐加重,并无流弊。腹式逆呼吸法在震脚与发劲时吐气发声对健强内脏有益,是内功拳种心意、形意、八卦、太极、南拳等的一致练法。任何运动方法,练之不得其法,运动量过大等,都容易受伤。医疗保健性的太极拳,可以不发劲、不震脚、不结合腹式逆呼吸,这是化武术而为疗病保健服务。而保持武术化、技击性强的太极拳,发劲、震脚、腹式逆呼吸是增强体质,提高技击作用的必要条件。 <br> &nbsp;
