TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: ZH-CN;">  发劲时,重心迅速由右腿移向左腿,松左胯,同时通过右腿蹬地(利用地面的反作用力)、转膝、扣挡、合胯、拧腰、顺肩,使劲迅速传递到拳面。整个身体向左旋转,左肘在右拳发出的同时,迅速向后发力,和右拳正好形成对称力,使身体受到一个平衡力,使自己不至于在发劲时身体前倾而失去重心,在实战中则不被对引动而失势,并且左肘向后发劲,还有助于右拳的发力,做到了集全身之力于一拳,这就是力学上讲的旋转离心力。另外,在发力以前,肌肉要放松,最大限度地减少对抗肌的用力,这样在到达着力点的一瞬间,肌肉才能紧张。而后,再迅速放松。也就是说,发劲时肌肉紧张的时间越短,出拳的速度就越快,威力也越大。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt;
