第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛
暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛

    太极拳论文报告会征文通知国际武术联合会会员协会，中国武术协会会员单位，大专院校武术教学科研机构和各地武术(太极拳)专业组织：

    由中国武术协会主办，河南省体育局、焦作市人民政府承办的第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛将于2007年8月20日至24日在中国河南省焦作市举行，会期中将举办由国家体育总局武术研究院和中国体育科学学会武术分会组织的“太极拳论文报告会”。现将征文要求和有关事宜通知如下：

    一、征文范围
    (一)太极拳文化的研究
    (二)太极拳发展现状及发展战略的研究
    (三)太极拳锻炼价值的研究
    (四)传统太极拳的整理、继承与推广的研究
    (五)太极拳社会化竞赛方法、规则与赛制的研究
    (六)太极拳在全民健身和新农村建设活动中的地位与作用的研究
    (七)太极拳在学校教育中的地位与作用的研究
    (八)太极拳教学与训练方面的研究
    (九)本极拳发展过程中值得探讨的有关问题研究

    二、投稿要求
    (一)投稿者须报送下列材料：

    1、全文稿：要求用中文或英文书写，须报送用A4纸打印的全文稿一式3份。全文不得超过中文6000字(或英文相应字符)，不得出现作者姓名、单位和联系地址。请在首页左上角标明“第四届中国．焦作国际太极拳交流大赛暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛论文报告会征文”。

    2、摘要稿：要求用中文和英文书写，须报送用A4纸打印的摘要稿1份。稿中不得有图表，限500字以内(或英文相应字符)。请在摘要稿左上角标明“第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛论文报告会征文”。

    3、附页：须报送用A4纸打印的附页1份。附页上需写明论文题目、作者姓名。注明第1作者的姓名、年龄、民族、职称、职务、工作单位、联系地址、邮编、电话、电子邮箱。附页须加盖单位或组织公章。

    4、磁盘：存有全文稿、摘要稿和附页的磁盘或E-mail发送至wushuxue@sina.om和jiaozuotaijiquan@sina．corn。

    (二)每篇论文交评审费150元人民币，境#t-作者每篇交评审费20美元。

    (三)凡已公开发表过的论文，一律不予评审和录用。

    (四)征文时间：即日起至2007年7月10 El止，以当地邮戳日期为准。

    三、入选、参会与奖励办法

    (一)大赛学术部将于7月20目前寄发《入选论文通知》(附《第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛论文报告会报名表》，同时在WWW．wushu.corn．cn网页上公布全部入选论文目录，未入选论文不另发通知，亦不退文稿。

    (二)入选论文作者按《入选论文通知》要求，积极出席本次论文报告会。决定出席报告会者，须于7月30日前向学术部寄交《第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛暨首届全国新农村农民太极拳健身大赛论文报告会参会报名表》。

    (三)设“优秀论文”一、二、三等奖。由国家体育总局武术研究院和中国体育科学学会武术分会颁发获奖证书。

    (四)欢迎武术(太极拳)研究者、传习者和爱好者到会旁听。

  The 4th Jiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange
 Competition Notice on Solicitation of the Taijiquan Thesis

Member federations of International Wushu Federation，member units ofChinese Wushu Association，wushu scientific teaching and researchorganizations of colleges and universities and all the local professionalwushu(Taijiquan)teams：

The 4th Jiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Competition will beheld from August 20 to 24，2007 in Jiaozuo City，Henan Province，China．During the competition，a“Taijiquan Science Conference”will beorganized by the Wushu Research Institute of General Administration ofSport and Wushu Branch of China Sports Science Society．You arekindly informed of the following：

I．Scope of Thesis
1．Research on cultural of Taijiquan
2．Research on the developmental situation and strategy of Taijiquan
3．Research on the exercise value of Taijiquan
4．Research on the consecution，inheritance and popularity of traditional Taijiquan
5．Research on the method，rules and system of Taijiquan competition
6．Research on the status and function of Taijiquan in sports for all and  construction of new country
7．Research on the status and function of Taijiquan in school education
8．Research on academic approaches to the teaching and learning of  Taijiquan
9．Noticeable problems in course of development of Taijiquan

II．Contribution Demands
1．Contributors are required to send the following materials：

  1)The full text of your paper：Three copies ofthe full text for each  paper are to be printed(A4 paper size)in English or Chinese．The total number of Chinese characters or English words shall be within 6000．The author’name，work unit and address are not allowed to appear in the paper．Please mark your contribution with the words“The 4th Jiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Competition---Notice on Solicitation of the Taijiquan Thesis”at the top left comer ofthe first page．

  2)Paper abstract：A copy of paper abstract shall be printed(A4 paper size)in English or Chinese．No illustration is allowed to appear in the article．The total number of Chinese characters or English words shall be within 500．Please mark your contribution with the words“The 4thiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Competition---Notice on Solicitation of the Taijiquan Thesis”at the top left comer of the first page．

  3)Attachment：A copy of your attachment shall be printed (A4 paper size)in English or Chinese．Your attachment shall include the title of your paper and the name of the author．In addition，please give clear indication of the name，age，nationality，position，occupmion，work unit，address，postcode，telephone number and e-mail address of the first author．Yourattachment is required to be stamped with the seal of your work unit or organization．

  4)Disk：The full text，abstract and attachment of your paper are to be stored in the disk．(or you can send all the above by e-mail to wushuxue@sina.comandjiaozuotaijiquan@sina.com)．

2．Assessment fee：Each paper is charged RMB Y 1 50.00；each paper is charged US$20．00 for overseas authors．

3．Any paper that has been published before is not allowed tO enter fbr the assessment．

4．Time：You should send all the above materials before July 10，2007 according to the local postmark．

Ⅲ．Selected，Attendance and Award

 1．A Notice on Selected Papers(Registration Form is enclosed) from the academic department of this competition will be sent Out before July 20．Meanwhile，we will announce a list of a11 the selected papers at the website www.wushu.com．The papers that are not on the list will not be returned to the authors or given further notice．

2．The authors of selected papers shouldfill in and send back the Registration Form before July 30 as they are required in the Notice on Selected Papers．They are expected to attend the lecture 0n time．

3．The“Excellence Award”and the 1st，2nd and 3rd Awards”will be awarded to authors．The certificates will be awarded by the Wushu Research Institute of General Administration of Sport and Wushu Branch of China Sports Science Society．

4．Taijiquan researchers，practitioners and enthusiasts are welcome to observe the Conference．
